项目地块位于武汉市武昌区铁机路,景观设计内容包括两部分,展示区和一期居住区景观,其中展示区位于项目地块南面,总占地面积约1.4万平米,区内包含会所,售楼处和商业建筑。
项目定位为学院地产,景观设计应充分尊重地块的历史文脉和典型特征,尽量配合建筑思路,注重历史感和人文精神塑造,营造浓郁的学院气息,演绎项目独特文化内涵。
景观设计从整体空间布置和具体细节设计入手,着重利用现状乔木保留和利用场地遗留下旧红砖的再利用。当代景观规划主创设计师参与设计,为了营造学院场景氛围,场地设计成院落式围合布局,将着力创造出社区共享空间与开放公共空间,通过塑造生动、休闲的社区活动场景,加强住区住户的活动,形成在室内和室外、建筑和人之间、不同背景的人群之间能很好的往来与思想交流。
The project locates at the Tie Ji Road, Wu Chang District, Wu Han. The landscape design divides into two parts, the display area and the housing area landscape design. The display area, which includes clubs, sales offices and commercial buildings, locates at the southern of the project land with an area of 14,000 square meters.
The project has been positioned as the institute real estate, thus landscape design should fully respect the parcel of the historical context and typical characteristics and follow architecture ideas to the greatest extent which are paying attention to the history and the humanities spirit, creating a full-bodied academic ambience and deducing project unique cultural connotation.
The landscape design starts with the whole space spatial arrangements and the details, and takes the current reserved tree condition and the reuse of the remaining red bricks into consideration. The space is designed to be the courtyard enclosed layout which provides community sharing spaces and the open public spaces to create a college ambience. The community activities enhance the communications and interaction between households, outdoors and indoors, the buildings and people and the residents with different backgrounds.
