  海岸城广场位于南山商业文化中心区,紧邻滨海大道、南海大道、后海大道、后海滨路、创业路等5条城市主干道,已于2007年12月16日开幕营业。 法国DELD景观设计公司主创设计师参与设计,海岸城广场是深圳西部经营面积最大、功能最齐全、服务人群最广泛、最具代表性的集购物、休闲、娱乐、餐饮等为一体的大型购物中心。

  在建筑规划中,建筑师把各个建筑之间从地下到地面在至多层商业,架设了大量的空中连廊,将各栋建筑相互连接,使得其空间的连贯性和交通更为统一有序,同时也让景观得到了大量的灰空间,并形成了更加灵活多样的组合形式,当代景观规划主创设计师贺翔参与设计在解决交通、消防、集散等基本功能需求的前提下,打破了传统商业空间呆板的设计形式,以统一现代的铺装肌理和建筑相互渗透融合,在设计中为了使人们有更好的购物体验,在基地南北两侧利用城市绿化带打造了水上休闲区以及观赏区,同时整个布局也被水体围合,形成“货通四海、财达叁江”的美好寓意。

  深圳是一个阳光充足的城市,炎炎夏日更是比其它地域要漫长,所以在商业空间里,绿化的设计尤为重要,为了使人们如同花园式的购物体验,乔木多选择挺拔通透的本土树种,起到不影响商业视线的同时,更起到林荫购物的效果。贺翔在中心广场汇聚的地方,场地不仅仅是解决集散等交通问题,还要重点考虑人们在购物的同时,有休息停留的空间,所以在广场上布置了大型的构筑物和树阵空间方便人们观赏休息,给予及强化人与人之间的互动空间,借而使人停留更长时间在商业空间中。

 

  Coastal City Plaza, which contains shopping, leisure, entertainment and catering, opened on December 16, 2007, locates in theNanshan commercial and cultural center, closing to Binhai Rd, Nanhai Rd, Houhai Rd, Houhaibin Rd and Chuangye Rd which are five main roads of Shenzhen. It is the largest and most representative shopping center in the western Shenzhen.

  In architectural planning, architects erecta large number of air corridors between buildings from undergroundto the ground and to multi-storeycommercial areas making every building connected, space’s coherence and traffic more unified meanwhile a lot of gray space acquired by the landscape and more flexiblecombination formed. Designers, on the premise of solving traffic, fire and distribution, break inflexible design form of traditionalcommercial space, integrate modern pavement and buildings as well as create water-based recreational area and viewing area in utilization of urban green belts in the both south and north sides of the plot, in order to bring a better shopping experience for people. At the same time, the entire layout is also enclosed by water meaning “good fortune”.

  Shenzhen is a sunny city of its summer longer than other regions, so in the commercial space, green design is particularly important. In order to create a garden-style shopping experience for people, tall local species which does not affectcommercial view but also play a tree-lined shopping effect are selected. It is not just to solve distribution and other traffic problems but provide rest areas in the central square when people shopping. Hence, there are largestructures and tree-array spaces arranged for rest. It will strengthen interaction between persons and make them stay longerin the commercial area.
